Chilches is a whitewashed pueblo clinging to the hillside above the Costa del Sol — close enough to the beach to feel the salt, far enough from the resorts to feel like Andalucía.
The rumour goes that Clara and Magriet are two grandmothers who grew up here, left to raise families abroad, and came back. They restored two apartments and decided to share them. That's the whole story. We have not been able to confirm this :)
